Aldo's tail flicked wildly up and down as he crouched on my glove. We were passing through the Museum hallway and he had chosen this moment to finish his lunch. In one foot he clutched half of a mouse. He balanced uneasily on his other foot as my hand swayed while I walked. Unwilling to give up his mouse, Aldo steadied himself by pumping his tail and occasionally spreading his wings, much like we might throw out our arms to catch our balance.
